Fulfillment and Shipping Times:

Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address, and we do not replace items due to incorrect addresses.
No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order and double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy.
Lost Items: If your item is lost due to a shipping company issue, we do not offer replacements. You will need to file a claim with the shipping company and place a new order if needed.

Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
